FIVE Call Metro about North County Transit Center.  Yay on bathrooms and amenities- although they still need some electrical outlet banks for re-charging cell phones, especially given the average 2 hour or more daily commute most transit dependent riders face.  Boo on sidewalks and actual planning or development in the region.  This article from NextStl that lays it out:
